But whether commanding talent like Wiz Khalifa and T-Pain, Kanye and Gorillaz or Bootsy Collins and Willie Nelson, it’s testament to the Doggfather’s star quality that he’s never upstaged. And whether he’s channeling G-Funk or dance-pop, it’s never anything but a pleasure to hear his unmistakably laconic, West Coast tones in full flow.
