Picking up where 2016's Mercury-nominated self-titled debut left off, Blossoms' second album looks set to mine the same style of easy-listening indie-pop that ruminates on being young and in love and stupid — or, at least, that’s what tracks like ‘There’s A Reason Why (I Never Returned Your Calls)’ would suggest. Packed with spangly, summery melodies that put them in a similar vein to other pop-rock Brit bands like The 1975 and Sundara Karma, Cool Like You is set to be a breeze.
